If / When a final appointment is made with your veterinarian, it is a good idea to let us know, so that we can coordinate with your veterinarian. There is an additional charge for service after 4 pm. We are closed on all major holidays, including Saturday - Tuesday of Mardi Gras and every Satuday & Sunday. (List of Closed Holidays below) We do not charge extra to pick-up at the Eastbank Pet Emergency Clinic or the Westbank Emergency clinic after normal hours or on holidays.

We close early for hurricanes to allow our employees and their families to prepare and evacuate if they choose to.
